No plans for Thursday evening? Do you feel like meeting new people in a friendly and multicultural environment? Every Thursday at Berlino Schule we cook dishes in the very Italian style. Whether you want to meet new people, brush up on your Italian or just learn some basics while preparing an authentic Italian meal, you should come and try Berlino Schule’s Italian cooking and conversation course! You can chat, learn something new about Italian culture while cooking something tasty all together… all this in just two hours and a half per week. Every time we meet we will prepare one of the most typical Italian dishes, each one coming from a different Italian region.

What kind of pasta dishes we will prepare 4U!

We will start with the most famous Italian recipe ever: spaghetti al pomodoro (spaghetti with tomato sauce) and then we will upgrade to some more difficult regional dishes such as: pasta alla norma (maccheroni, ricotta cheese, tomato sauce and aubergines), spaghetti alla carbonara (spaghetti, eggs and cheek lard) and gnocchi (homemade) alla sorrentina (tomato sauce and mozzarella).

Where and When

We will meet the 10th, the 17th, the 24th of May and the 7th of June from 19.00 till 21.30. The course will take place in our school Berlino Schule in Gryphiusstrasse 23 – 10245 Berlin (metro stations: Ostkreuz or Samariterstrasse).
