A Berlino in arrivo la settimana del design

Dopo il successo della prima edizione, ritorna un’appuntamento imperdibile per aggiornarsi sul design e l’industria creativa

La Berlin Design Week dal dieci al diciassette ottobre porterà a Berlino i migliori progetti di arte e tecnologia che sfruttano la creatività per fronteggiare le nuove sfide dell’economia sociale e sostenibile. Tutta la città ospiterà conferenze, film, workshop e incontri con i più grandi professionisti del design e non solo. THE BRAZILIAN ART OF SEATING⁣⁣ ⁣by @raizproject ⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣The exhibition “Brazilian Art of Sitting” is a travelling exhibition hosted by Brazilian embassies around the world presenting 23 select design pieces by Brazilian studios. The participating design studios are supported by the Raiz Project, an initiative to promote international awareness of Brazilian furniture designers.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣Visitors to the exhibition will be invited to experience the country’s cultural diversity in practice by observing the Brazilian way of sitting at festivities, work, prayer or simply relaxing. Berlin Design Week 2019 – 100 influenced, il tema di quest’ anno e la nuova edizione

Giunta alla sua seconda edizione, la Berlin Design Week di quest’anno commemorerà il Bauhaus, la scuola di architettura che dal 1919 stimola gli studenti e i progettisti del design di tutto il mondo ad avere un approccio olistico all’arte. La scuola è stata fondata dall’architetto Walter Gropius con l’obiettivo di integrare in un’unica disciplina architettura, scultura e pittura. L’arte e la tecnologia con Gropius acquistano un valore estetico e funzionale. Con il tema di quest’anno, 100 influenced e gli ospiti protagonisti dei talk, la Berlin Design Week del 2019 dimostrerà come il design sia una disciplina in grado di valorizzare anche progetti di tipo economico, informatico e sociale.

Berlin Design Week 2019 – l’evento di inaugurazione

Per avere un assaggio dell’edizione di quest’anno, il primo appuntamento da non perdere sarà il talk del giorno 10 ottobre presso il Kulturforum, polo artistico e culturale di Berlino. Il topic della giornata verterà sul progetto del Mikrouprawa, un sistema che permette di iniziare a coltivare e produrre healthy food in autonomia, in un contesto di riferimento urbano. La giornata sarà organizzata in collaborazione con l’Adam Mickewicz Institute. L’attività, aperta a tutti, inizierà alle ore dieci e terminerà alle ore diciotto.
